📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing and serving food and beverages with precision and flair.
• Assisting chefs and sommeliers in creating memorable dining experiences.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Providing exceptional guest service, from greeting to checkout.
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including buffet stations and cocktail service.
• Upholding the company's values and standards of professionalism.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel to different locations across Bali as needed.
