🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital content, social media, and online communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and software such as Moderate, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
• Certification in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
