Buyer/Planner (1-Year Contract with Conversion Potential)

As a Buyer/Planner, you will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain operations.

In your daily work, you will leverage tools like SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA to streamline procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process from request to payment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Utilize SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA to streamline procurement activities and generate reports.
• Forecast demand and analyze market trends to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, including ethical sourcing and diversity initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement processes and drive business value.
• Provide procurement support to internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, including procurement process management and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast demand and analyze market trends.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
