📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Manage our inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring we always have what we need to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Work closely with our team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and recorded in our maintenance management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software, such as SAP or similar.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
