As a Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen. You’ll work closely with our chefs and other team members to prepare and cook dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of quality and safety.
• Follow food handling and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and food ordering.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in Western, Local, Japanese, Buffet & Dining, or Shabu-Shabu cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
