📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
• Create and edit engaging content for our website, newsletters, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in managing our email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support the marketing team in coordinating with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are effective and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and communications.
