📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver and install air conditioning units to customers in Kudus and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with installed units.
• Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, including pre- and post-installation support.
• Use specialized tools and software such as ServicePro, ServiceMax, or similar for tracking and managing service requests.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations and service calls.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the HVAC sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC technician or similar role in the electronics or HVAC industry.
• Valid certification as an AC technician, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as ServicePro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
