📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design high-quality, standards-aligned math assessments using industry-standard tools like Item Response Theory (IRT) and Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure assessments are both rigorous and relevant to the needs of students.
• Analyze assessment data to provide valuable insights for teachers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational assessment.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our assessment processes and tools.
• Ensure assessments are culturally sensitive and inclusive, catering to the diverse needs of students in Bali.
• Work closely with the product team to integrate assessments into our digital learning platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessment development, preferably in the math education field.
• Strong understanding of national and international educational standards, including those relevant to Bali.
• Proficiency in using assessment development tools and software, such as IRT and CAT.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for educational innovation and a commitment to transforming learning through assessment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
