Your daily tasks will include patient consultations, diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary and secondary medical care to patients, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
• Lead clinical initiatives and projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and healthcare services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EMR and PACS systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in medical education and training programs for resident doctors and medical students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical specialist in a relevant field.
• Valid medical license and certification from the Indonesian Medical Council (KNI).
• Certification in specialized medical procedures or treatments, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
