📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
