Bloom Bay Group is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage guest reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.,Provide information about hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and databases.,Assist in organizing and promoting hotel events and special occasions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
