📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
