📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Manage client relationships and ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and provide training to junior staff as needed.,Participate in project teams to deliver high-quality accounting services to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting services, preferably in an international or multi-national company.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
