📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development of the hotel's brand and reputation in the luxury hospitality sector.,Work closely with the marketing and reservations teams to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality and tourism market.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
