📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to improve the recruitment process.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the recruitment function.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
