🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Japanese online or in-person.
• Familiarity with our proprietary teaching platform and other online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
