📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all medical equipment and supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Develop and maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff.,Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for the smooth operation of the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in healthcare software and systems is a plus.
