📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain cooling systems to ensure optimal operating temperatures for machinery.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of cooling equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cooling system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Record and report cooling system performance data for analysis and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to cooling systems.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any cooling-related issues that may affect production.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and calibration of cooling equipment.
• Assist in the training of new team members on cooling system operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Cooling Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with industrial cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration units.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to cooling systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in cooling system maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
