📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
