📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
