MERIDIAN Pratama is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
