This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
