In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency.,Lead the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with menu development and cost control.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
