As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle operation and safety.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
