📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of our e-commerce platforms.
• Generate detailed reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak is a plus.
• Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
