📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, ensuring all arrangements are Sharia-compliant.,Develop and present customized Hajj travel packages that meet the specific requirements of clients.,Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the booking and travel process.,Stay updated with the latest travel trends, regulations, and Sharia guidelines to offer the best advice to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our Hajj travel packages.,Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and travel arrangements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Islamic Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in Sharia-compliant travel services.,Strong knowledge of Sharia principles and regulations related to travel and pilgrimage.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with and assist clients effectively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.,Familiarity with travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passion for travel, culture, and making a positive impact on others' lives.
