📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.,Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure the proper construction of structural elements.,Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project design.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support project decisions and stakeholder communication.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in structural design and analysis.,Proficiency in using structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong understanding of local building codes and standards, particularly those applicable to Singkawang.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
