📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and maintain accurate costing systems and processes for food manufacturing operations.,Analyze and report on cost data to identify areas of cost savings and operational efficiencies.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and forecasts.,Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to management for cost reduction and process improvement.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations relevant to the food manufacturing industry.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and staff on cost accounting principles and practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in cost accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
