📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to the management team.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide feedback to applicants and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
