📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees,Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and improve IT security,Manage and mentor junior IT staff,Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking,Experience with IT security and risk management,Leadership and mentoring experience,Strong problem-solving and communication skills,Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus
