In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing banquet operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure the banquet hall is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Manage and train banquet staff to deliver high-quality service.,Coordinate with catering and event planning teams to ensure seamless operations.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met.,Monitor banquet revenue and expenses, and prepare regular reports for management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and market banquet services to attract new clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
