📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line support to employees and former employees, addressing HR-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle a wide range of HR requests including payroll, benefits, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions using our internal systems.
• Assist in the resolution of HR-related escalations and complex issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
• Stay updated with HR policies and procedures to provide accurate information to employees.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the HR service experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR support or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Canggu, Badung.
