📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize drug formulations using advanced analytical techniques and pharmaceutical sciences.
• Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, or WHO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the manufacturing process and product quality.
• Analyze and interpret data from various analytical instruments such as HPLC, DSC, and FTIR.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in pharmaceutical formulation and development.
• Participate in clinical trials and post-approval studies to ensure the efficacy and safety of the formulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including stability studies, for drug approval.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the formulation development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Strong background in analytical techniques such as HPLC, DSC, and FTIR.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, or WHO).
• Excellent knowledge of drug formulation principles and techniques.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and pharmaceutical software such as OriginLab, ChemDraw, and Molinspiration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
